Returns:

• The following items are not returnable:
          Canvases, Sale items, Needles, Notions, Books, Patterns, Kits, and Opened Yarn!
• Unused knitting yarn  in its original condition (meaning not balled or cut into) may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by receipt!
• Needlepoint Threads may returned within 90 days, in their original and saleable condition , for store credit.
• Store Credit can only be redeemed if accompanied by Store Credit receipt!

Help Groups:

Knitting/Crocheting:  We are pleased to offer our Help Groups to you, our customer, at No Cost!  Although we encourage everyone to come and take advantage of this offer, we hope you understand that work goes on and we must unfortunately limit the amount of time spent on any given issue.  So if you have an issue that cannot be resolved within a average 15 to 20 minute session or if you mutually agree that more time is needed, you have a more complicated issue and/or just want some one-on-one guidance, we encourage you to take advantage of our private lessons which are provided at $35 per hour. Payment:

We accept cash MasterCard, Visa, personal checks, travelers checks and money orders. If a personal check is sent, the order will not be shipped until the check clears.  Orders sent to destinations within Florida are charged applicable sales tax.

Phone Orders:

Most phone orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express or comparable carrier. Freight charges will be included in the final total.  Processing time of your order can vary from 1-10 days depending upon thread requirements and product availability. Items not currently in inventory will be ordered from the vendor unless specified otherwise.
