Decorative Stitches - Series 2 Notebook Class
View Large Image | Session 2 again offers the opportunity to learn 12 new and challenging stitches while learning the types and uses of a variety of threads. As the class progresses, the student builds a notebook of canvas swatches from the stitches taught and threads used. This makes a valuable resource of stitched examples to enhance a canvas. The stitched examples will also help improve techniques and provide creative ideas for future needlepoint projects. Applying the stitches learned to canvases will make them go from “okay” to “wow”.
Students need to bring their usual stitching items i.e. scissors, needle threader, laying tool, etc.
